Shipping & Returns
Products
- A3 prints are protected and carefully packed into a sealed flatpack with a non-bendable card backing.
- A2 prints are carefully rolled into a mailing cylinder.
- All other items will be carefully packaged and sent in an eco-friendly mailer.
- All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 2 weeks for print only and 4-6 weeks for framed prints.
- After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged by Left Bank Art Group.
- Please note we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
- All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Left Bank Art Group is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)
- Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2 - 10 business days
- Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched.
Returns Policy
- Our prints and frames are all custom made so we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
- Please choose carefully before placing your order. If orders are damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers. Please note: In order to process a return, we must have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.
- Damaged returns claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.
