Studio Sonnenberg Online Gift Card

All prints are Fine Art Giclée prints printed on either Smooth Cotton Rag 310gm or Fine Art Canvas.

Fine Art Cotton Rag Paper is 100% cotton, fourdrinier-made rag paper and is ultra-smooth for a clean, matte finish.

Fine Art Canvas is a cotton blend with excellent image sharpness and optimum colour gradation.

We use premium FSC-certified Tasmanian Oak frames, available in raw, black and white. The Cotton Rag Paper is framed in a box frame with museum-grade 3mm acrylic glazing. The Canvas is stretched and framed in a float frame.

When not framed, A3 prints are protected and carefully packed into a sealed flatpack with a non-bendable card backing. A2 prints are carefully rolled into a mailing cylinder.

Variations between on-site previews, your screen and printed artwork may occur.

Shipping

All art is sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 3-4 weeks production time.

After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged by Left BankArt Group. Please note we cannot deliver to post office boxes. All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Left Bank Art Group is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.). Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2 - 10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched.

Returns

Our prints and frames are all custom made so we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order. If orders are damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers. Please note: In order to process a return, we must have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item. Damaged returns claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business days) of receiving the damaged item.
